    I worked at Possibility Lab as a Graduate Student Researcher and was the data science lead for several projects:

  • Reinforcement Learning for Substance Use Treatment: I led a project utilizing reinforcement learning techniques to enhance treatment approaches for individuals struggling with substance use.
  • Assessing College Coursework Impact on Inmate Integration: I conducted an assessment to examine the effects of college coursework on reducing racial and ethnic divisions among inmates.
  • Recidivism Reduction in Alameda County: I contributed to an experimental study in collaboration with Alameda County to combat recidivism rates through the introduction of different awareness interventions.

    Solve advances lasting solutions from tech entrepreneurs to address the world's most pressing problems by finding solutions driven by technology to drive transformational change.

    I played a key role in designing technical and data solutions, launching new programming, and building Solve's impact evaluation team. My work focused on improving Solve's impact and accelerating the progress of over 200 social impact entrepreneurs.

    Notable projects I am proud to have contributed to include:
  • As Solve's Salesforce and Hubspot Administrator, I measured and launched highly successful fundraising campaigns that resulted in over $10 million in partnerships and tripled Solve's community size. I used predictive scoring to improve Solve’s fundraising efforts.
  • I led Solve's first impact evaluation and results measurement team. I designed comprehensive data collection tools, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and impact projections for 200+ entrepreneurs globally.
  • I served as Solve’s first product manager for a proprietary social innovation platform. This platform allowed Solve to develop a new business model that contributed to 4x financial growth. I introduced streamlined design enhancements to improve the application submission process, resulting in a 130% increase in applications to Solve's Open Challenges within two years.
  • I designed Solve community programming that significantly improved engagement and fundraising, resulting in an impressive 80% renewal rate.

    SEWA solves India's largest problems through a mix of institutional development, grassroots advocacy, development programs, and community investment. SEWA is a women-led, community focused movement that has redefined and shaped the economic and social development landscape of today, by pathfinding approaches through microfinance, cooperative, and leadership development.

    My key accomplishments include:
  • Ensuring Effective Delivery of Public and Social Security Programs: I designed and implemented a system that streamlined the delivery of public and social security programs to 25,000 women across India. This solution not only enhanced accessibility and transparency of government services.
  • Internal Fundraising Management Platform: I designed and implemented an internal platform that streamlined the management, tracking, and growth of fundraising initiatives within SEWA that facilitated the growth of fundraising by over 150%.
  • Empowering Small Farmers and Women-Run Cooperatives: I led the development and growth of Ekta, an organic spice cooperative operated by women, in Uttarakhand. We created a thriving platform that empowered small farmers, ensured fair trade, and promoted organic agriculture and grew sales nearly 30% while introducing new product lines.
  • Supporting Artisan Producers in Delhi: I facilitated the production of designer fashion items through SEWA's producer company, RUAAB. I helped the cooperative grow to 2 new communities.
  • Enabling Weavers and Facilitating Market Access: I implemented strategies to connect handloom weavers in West Bengal with markets across India. I was a member of the founding team that saw 10,000 women connected with employment.

    SEWA solves India's largest problems through a mix of institutional development, grassroots advocacy, development programs, and community investment. SEWA is a women-led, community focused movement that has redefined and shaped the economic and social development landscape of today, by pathfinding approaches through microfinance, cooperative, and leadership development. My role at SEWA was two fold. One one hand, I led the strategic communication efforts of the organization in order to move SEWA's mission forward. I communicated to a diverse audience of underserved communities throughout India, international funders private organizations, and public agencies. Additionally, I cultivatee and deepened relationships with strategic partners and allies. SEWA has had a history of cutting edge approaches to economic and social development and I help defined that strategic direction to digital access gaps, climate change, and sustainable and fair working conditions.
